DESCRIPTION:
Tears of the Dragon totally wowed me! I think this is one of history's hottest seductions and I highly recommend this book.-- Karen Haas, Just Erotic Romance Reviews 5 stars!Neither wars, nor famine, nor Fairy curses have intimidated Lady Rowena of Pendragon, but now she finds herself locked in a battle of wills with Dominic of Capstow. But, as usual, my muse had other ideas. Dominic is William Marshal's trusted knight, and the regent has sent him to escort her to court so she can face claims brought forth by her scheming stepfather. She's infuriated, insulted--and intrigued. The Fairy curse which was originally meant to thread through the story became an important subplot and Fair Fiona (a mischievous fairy trapped in our mortal realm) tried hard to take over the book. I learned long ago not to argue with my muse. I hope you'll find the outcome as entertaining as I did. He's dangerous and appealing, and she needs him in her bed for reasons she dare not reveal. Knowing little about seduction, but more than willing to learn, Lady Rowena sets out on a conquest of her own.The stakes are high, higher even than Lady Rowena realizes. Dominic is by far the most attractive man she has ever encountered. For the Fairy curse is real and dark forces are at work,
An Epic Love Story []Lady Rowena of Pendragon is determined to retain control of the kingdom she has ruled for five years. As the widow of Gaston, she has been a fair and caring ruler, but her stepfather Edwin is challenging her leadership. When confronted by a knight determined to gain access and take Rowena to face Edwin in front of William Marshal, regent of England, Rowena believes it . Angela W. said Great author!!!!!. I love all of her books. I have never read a book of her's I did not like. There is always a good story and great characters.. 5 Hearts from TRS! Tina Pavlik I loved this story. It included so many different layers. A little history, fairies, a curse, and a fierce dragon. The unexpected twists gave the story a whole new flavor. Rowena's persona was a sweet, innocent woman even though she was a widow. She did have unexpected backbone when it came to her people. A nice trait. Dominic was a hardened soldier looking for a home.
