I've used many tricks I've learned in this book to deal with various pests I come acrosslike slugs, ants, etc. This book is very thorough and for each type of pest, it gives you many many options for organic treatments. That way you can pick and choose what works best for your particular garden, what you have access to, etc. For me, this was a very worthwhile investment.. I've used it extensively and it has been very helpful in knowing which bugs you want around your house and which ones to want to try and keep away. I turned my brother-in-law onto it this Thanksgiving and decided to purchase a copy for his birthday this year. If you live in Texas, you'll need this book to get educated about your surroundings.
