I love the pan-grilled salmon with frisee salad lyonnaise--excellent!! The black bean chili is delicious and the crab salad with creamy dressing is the best. Another favorite is the salmon with shanghi red sauce. What a grerat combination, a MD and Chef. No wonder this book is so good..
