What Father Joe has accomplished is truly fantastic. If they made a movie about his life before this book, no one would believe it. The author brings it to you without sugar-coating the horrors of the sex trade industry, and yet, it never feels heavy. Greg Barrett's tone throughout the book is that of hope and not despair .
