Highly Recommend BraveHeart The Hole in Your Heart was a very good read and provided an eye opening look at the causes of emotional turmoil and countless methods of fixing "Root Causes" of one's emotional isssues. This really provided me a number of easy to understand explanations that I had never even thought to consider and really made me think. It alluded to both spiritual and historical concepts that really just made complete, simple sense. It was a very easy read and was a very motivational book.
