Amit Ranadey said Poor Quality Book. As soon as I got this book and opened it up, the pages began to rip. It was put together very poorly. Alghough, it does contain a very good amount of information in it. Whoever the company is that put it together though did a very poor job, because after reading through it for about a week, most of the pages had come apart from it.. A Must-Read for Store Owners and Managers This book is easy to understand, and it has everything in it that a retail person needs to know in order to reduce thefts and other kinds of losses in a store. I've looked at other books, but they're too complicated. This one lays the topics out in a logical way, and the writer doesn't try to impress you with big words--just the facts!
