Diane Raetz said Undead and incomplete. I loved the start of this series. Undead and Unwed is a well worn, battered book that I still drag off the bookshelf and read on those days when the world seems glum. This book did nothing to recreate that happiness.The plot-such as there is, is simple. Antonia died at the end of Unappreciated. Betsy, Sinclair and Jessica go visit the Wyndham wolves to return the body. From the minute they arrive there is a threat that a war could happen-which see. An Author Who Just Keeps Getting Worse Daedelys First of all, could the print get any bigger or have any wider spacing in this book? Probably, but if I'd dwelt on that, I'd've not gotten past page two. (However, I later was glad for the for it, since I got through the book quicker.)I was quickly irritated when I realized Davidson must have run out of ideas for writing this book, because not only was it written from Betsy's point of view, but we now have to read one from Marc's. The journal appr. Too Bad I assume MJD was trying to make Undead and Unwelcome a stand alone book by catching new readers up on everything from past books but what about her loyal readers who have followed the whole series?? It's a series, we do not need a complete background/back stories of the many characters. We want a new story from cover to cover.I really enjoyed the first 7 books in this series.
