A good read for a 100th year remembrance A good read. The only drawbacks for me were, first I had hope to read more personal accounts of the battle conditions for poilu and landswehr in the battle. Second, and it may have been because I was reading with an e- reader, I would have liked maps to have been better located so that I could have followed the action a little better..
