Interesting read! Assoc For Natural Psych This was an interesting first person account of bipolar disorder. It's totally self-revealing, has some good ideas. Some of the self help ideas here are great. I don't agree with the "take your meds" mantra, but if you can get past that it is totally down to earth. This was written by an individual who, like a large percentage of those who are diagnosed with bipolar disorder, had a drinking problem and got support from AA. If a person has bipolar disorder, you can benefit from this book. It also showed the difference between Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder which is confusing until it is explained..
