DESCRIPTION:

"Five Stars" according to Mary Ann Whipple. Thanks. "Totally satisfying read for me" according to Maggie Jarpey. Florence Kingsley is a great novelist. The characterization, the plotting, the dialogue, and her witty descriptions are all marvelous. She makes you smile and think, get teary at times, and keeps you eagerly reading to find out what happens. Lots of humor here, plus a history lesson on the culture of the times, many moving moments, several surprises, and the author's Christian worldview is the basis of everything.. "Lovely Story!" according to Texas Bee. An absolute gem, thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to those of us who enjoy good literature devoid of gratuitous sexual innuendo and filthy language. I agree with the previous reviewer, this is a sweet story for young women to enjoy and learn about Godly values.
