A great book. I wish it was longer. Josh Vegas Lots of information here about the making of two truly iconic shows from the 1970s. Six Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman. I learned a great deal from reading this book. Such as, Cyborg author Martin Caidin wanted actor Monte Markham to be cast as Steve Austin. This would've been a bad move, as Monte Markham was such a melodramatic and over the top actor, he would've killed the role with acting theatrics. After opening the box, I was surprised because the book appeared smaller than I had anticipated, approximately 8.5 x 6. It was not spiral-wired bound, with lots of glossy color photos and neat title/character write-ups. However, upon reading the book, the pages flew by as did the hours.
