Exceptional. claudia One of the very best books I've read in a long time. Very believable story and a exciting cast of characters. Short, but said all that needed to be said. Besides being "just" a good mystery, the author shined a light on several of our society's problems today, which is never a bad thing. Will be looking for more by this author.. Sandra J. Philpott said Terrible, ridiculous, implausible. The entire plot is a series of implausibilities. This author has no idea how a police department or a murder investigation actually works. Beyond ridiculous. It's rare that I can't bring myself to finish a book, but this was one occasion where I simply couldn't do it. I was left shaking my head.. Black Out Beryl This book could have been written a wee bit better in my opinion. There should have been more chapters filled with details, action,etc. it was a so so book. That filled some time while waiting in the waiting room, cannot recommend this to other readers to pass the time with, sorry.
