Character development is outstanding and you can't help but find a character that works well with your personality which draws you into the realm. I would recommend this book for anyone that loves Knights and Dragons and they want to read a new and unique fantasy novel done right.. A reasonable read. The book is meant to be inspirational- it's a good blend of spirituality and fantasy. What's interesting is how the storyline is written from a Christian perspective, yet doesn't force Christian belief on the reader.
Their faith must stretch across the universe to this small planet because not only must they believe that God chose such an insignificant spec, but also that His only begotten son Jesus Christ was sent there to live and die for them as well. Life as we know it is limited to the physical world around us, looking out from this small blue planet we can see millions of stars in a vast emptiness with no end in sight, yet it seems we are alone in this vast universe. The challenges they face will bring focus to a world that has strayed far off the narrow path and forgotten God's purpose in life.. The very human characters in the book face much more powerful races of people from myth and legend, such as elves and dwarfs, trolls and orcs, and yes even dragons.
