The author(s) stated that avoiding gluten may help prevent or control T2DM (Type-II Diabetes Mellitus). Gluten is a protein. Gluten has absolutely NOTHING to do with Diabetes. The only ones that need to be concerned with gluten are those who have Celiac disease and need to cut gluten because of this disease.I'm up to chapter 7 and so far this is the only thing I found wr. -C 1968. So I am enjoying this highly informative ebook (I have it on kindle) but there was a small part I highly disagree with.
