"Can't wait for the next one!" according to LB. I have been a long time fan of Cameron Jace and this latest book doesn't disappoint. The question of Why she joined Black Chess is answered but it brings about new questions. Who is Alice's family? She learns family is not always just who raised you, but who you care for. I was ho. "It was ok" according to Amazon Customer. This book felt different there was no real menace in the book and at times lagged or maybe I was just too impatient and wanted to know what happened next. But I will for sure read the next book. Worth it! Sarah I seriously thought this was going to be the final book, so I'm both relieved that there's another one and, at the same time, frustrated that I've got to wait so long for the next one!
