A good book about Fairy Tales that is dark Andres P. Nevarez I got this book for a friend that likes GRIMM Series and I had to have one too.. megHan said Krampusnacht: Twelve Nights of Krampus. A couple of years ago, shortly before my nieces' 5th Christmas, the Houston Chronicle posted an article about the way other countries celebrate Christmas, the way they see Santa Claus, and other creatures that come around during the winter time. We shared this article with the and they were intrigued, wanting to know more about the people we were reading about, asking us to help them look up pictures on the computer so they could see what they looked like. One of them was Krampus. Ever since then, I have. Notice: These Are Fictional Short Stories Arkay My rating is colored by the fact that I didn't notice in the summary that these were works of fiction with Krampus as the main character. I was looking for actual folklore tales. Short stories are not my favorite type of reading since there isn't a lot of detail. At least one of the authors had never heard of Krampus before writing his, so I was pretty disappointed. However, as long as you know what you're buying, you'll probably enjoy it.

From Bitten By Books: "Krampusnacht: Twelve Nights of Krampus contains twelve short stories that range from funny to pure terror. This is a must-read for the upcoming holiday season."
