Feedback is communication and we all communicate. The author shares her personal experiences and gives concrete examples and explanations. A lot of us think that we know how to give good feedback, but Making Feedback Work will have you questioning your approach. Chapter 8, Final Thoughts, really hit home for me. I will def.
