R. Blaise said A Great Resource. This book is truly a great resource for those wanting to learn more about martial arts and their history. There are MANY types of martial arts discussed, usually a bit of history, the country of origin, and the basic techniques of some are mentioned. I bought a copy for my children's martial arts school. The instructors were very pleased with the simplicity of this book for their younger students to use for a book report assignment. I read it myself and learned quite a bit from it.
