"Dry, but good info." according to A. Drum. This is a great basic book on Salesforce. This is not a book you can really sit down and just read through to get new ideas of how to use Salesforce. The layout is by function, each section gives a brief overview of the function and then step by step instructions for how to use that function. Additionally it has a good overview of which functions come with each tier of Salesforce. Overall a good book for beginners, long time users will probably be disappointed as most of the topics covered are basic.. "Now This Is a Really Well Done Book" according to Dan Cronin.
