Jorge Escalante said Get started in Quality Control. If you don't know what Quality Control tool you've to use, this is your book. It introduce you in a simple way to the main QC tools. I recommend this book for people who want to get started in quality control technics.. "An excellent Quality Control resource" according to Jason S. From the first few pages, you can tell the authors know the in's and out's of Quality Control. In "Part 1: Understanding the Basics of Quality Control", they lay out a simple, easy to understand explanation of Quality Control and how you can apply it to whatever business you are involved in. In "Part 2: Putting Fundamental Quality Control Methods to Use", they present a plan to get you started "Down the Road to Quality". They address one of the hardest things to accomplish regarding Quality Control, th. "For my staff" according to trailorson. I purchased 5 of these books for my staff. Due to restricted budgets, which caused my training $$$ to be deleted, I purchased these books in lieu. They are easy to ready, provide great examples and have provided my staff a basis from which to perform process improvement techniques. I would recommend this book.
