The issue I have is that I specifically chose a book that said "Racial and Ethnic Groups Plus NEW MySocLab with eText -- Access Card Package" because I needed the eText and access card. I realize the book is used, but that's why I chose one that said with a. "If in a hurry get Rush shipping" according to Jay. The book itself is fine. However the shipping left alot to be desired.To be fair the product arrived within the estimated shipping time however it was closer to the latest date.
