"Five Stars" according to Amazon Customer. It was brand new as expected.. Worst Textbook I've ever used The chapters were wordy and full of repetitions and unnecessary information. The writing was dry and almost impossible to get through, and I didn't feel I had learned anything at the end of a chapter. I would not recommend to ANYONE, unless you're into torturing yourself.If your professor assigns it, don't waste your money on buying it. You won't read it anyway.. John A.
