Lovely easy read, but not historical I think the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's completely fiction. An unusual supposition for Henry VIII's sudden antipathy towards Anne Boleyn, I found it an easy read, enjoying it and caring about the characters. But, again, it's total fiction and should not be call a historical novel. I read historical novels to learn about the British monarchy and therefore want facts pre.
