Its quick synopsis of the history of aromatherapy--and the science behind it--provides just the right amount of background knowledge without being overwhelming or boring. The step-by-step instructions and many recipes were perfect to quell my fears about attempting to use essential oils on my own. Before I knew it, I was making my own lip balm, body scrubs, and, my personal favorite. A new perspective Rachel M. Patten Naomi Ball gives new insight into the Biblical basis of aroma therapy giving Christians the freedom to use God-created plants for improving health and well-being. The book is attractive and easy to read. Ms. Ball maintains a conversational, instructional tone that is endearing.. This book is rated as fair for beginners in Aromatherapy Linda Walker This is a book for beginners. For what information the book has is fair. I would only advise buy if you are just getting into Aromatherapy.
