Employee benefits and all of its components are both extremely important and overwhelming! Mr. Sears, who obviously is a true expert in this field, walks though a process that while in-depth is still simple to follow and understand. When looking at employee benefits I think there are three objectives most companies are looking for:1. Provide the best package possible while at2. The best price available and3. Save time and internal reso. Wonderful Approach to Employee Benefits Heard him speak at the ISCEBS Symposiumdynamicgot the book from him there. Sears argues that we should apply strategic planning principles to our employee benefits and that failure to do so is one of the reasons they don't work right.
