"Very Disappointed in this book." according to Dg. I was very disappointed. I am a Usui Reiki Master, but do not know Karuna Reiki, and found this book a waste of moneyand time unless you already know Karuna Reiki. It basically just told you how great it was.. "A well written resource, best read after a Karuna Reiki course" according to Paula E-G. My first review was kind of negative and a bit unfair, because I was not ready for this book yet. I purchased it a few months before taking the Karune Reiki training. I was disappointed that there were no Karuna symbols in the book, as they were readily available from a variety of online sources. I now understand the reasoning for it.I was privileged to attend a Karuna Reiki Master Retreat in Sedona this Summer. I got this book out again beforehand to re-read it, and was surprised to see how much better it flowed for me a year after being attuned to the Karuna energies. L. Ok Ok book, but not really what I was expecting. Seems to be a lot of fluff. Still, it seems like the only karuna book out there. It is worth a read nd you can pick up a few interesting tips
