Terror At It's Best. This story had me in it's grip! I will not forget this story for a very long time. This is the story of The Life and Times of William Boule' and what a story it is. It picks up where The Sister left off. Terrifying, suspenseful, full of surprises. There are several characters all vital to the unfolding of this story. I caught myself holding my breath at times. William Boule' as he calls himself is a wicked, wicked man who for several decades has killed people and gotten away with it.until.
