The hero, Aidan, tries to get Gwynne to remember what they meant to each other and how they loved each other. Aidan reasons out to his friend Kevyn, that once Gwynne remembers what a peace loving girl she used to be she will stop being the feared Welsh Warrior for her own good. Kevyn is pretty skeptical about his reasoning and we get the feeling that Aidan's doing this because now that he's found her, . "Great story with a strong heroine" according to Emmie Lamont. I just finished this and liked it a lot. Gwynne is a real warrior unlike in some stories about women who are pretend dangerous or even silly. She is real. You believe she really knows how to fight and kill.There is also a lot of emotion in this book and I could really care about the characters. It's kind of heartbreaking that Aidan can remember everything about their past together but for most of the book she can't. I loved the scenes where he tries to help her remember before she was a warrior. He has to really work to bri. The Maiden Warrior Wow this author has a way of writing herself in a corner and then by a twist of her fabulous. thinking brings a ending that only her brain can get out of.
