Eduardo Cue said A Marvellous Book Poorly Translated. This is a truly marvellous book, but unfortunately the translation by Vicky Collier in the O Books edition is a travesty. Full of grammatical and syntax errors, it continuously distracts the reader from the story. Did not anyone think to check the translation? How can an. Not my kind of book. Eileen Just not kind of book. I saw no redeeming quality in the main character. Justifying as religious or cultural beliefs was not acceptable for me. If you enjoy unwarranted violence this the book for you.
