So much going on! So good! Illinois Reader This is the most recent book in the Jinx Hamilton Mystery series, and it is probably the best so far.While Jinx is recovering from the break up with Chase and the loss of Myrtle, she is also deep into preparations for Briar Hallow's first ever paranormal festival. This is being held the week before Halloween through Halloween, and the boost to the city's tourism is phenomenal. Every business on in the town is reaping the tourist dollars and benefits of the festival. From crowds in the store to festival merchandise sold, everyone is getting involved in the fun. Jinx's fat. The only problem was it didn't last long enough. I don't want to go into details because I won't want to give the final details away. The first books in the series could be read as stand alone but book #5 will leave a lot of questions still on the table. Can't wait for #6!!. "Great" according to Grandma.
