DESCRIPTION:
Indeed, Belushi’s escapades in real life actually provided material for Saturday Night Live skits, including an extended spoof called “The Thing That Wouldn’t Leave.” At the same time, however, his abuse of drugs and alcohol made him unreliable to work with, and he quickly forged a reputation for causing headaches on the set. I had failed to consider the amount of time and work it takes for a performer to prepare and maintain his high level of output to please his audience. "I may be gone but Rock and Roll lives on" Don Kidwell Good book for learning about the legend as I can't help but remember certain scenes still stuck in my memory bank like the "bee" scenes from SNL and his antics in the movie "Animal House" and "Blues Brothers." Not so good in that the only actual picture of him provide. "Jake Blues" according to David Bewley. I have watched S.N.L. from the beginning in 1975. So I have followed Jim's whole career. He was the best and like Jim Carrey their never will be another. R.I.P. and thanks for the laughter. I have the "best of J.B." S.N.L. DVD and The Blues brothers,Animal house too,w
