What I like about Baby Einstein products is that every product in some way is linked to another therefore you are able to re-enforce what you are teaching your child or grand child if you use Baby Einstein products.Although this product doesn't show real animals it shows the animals, cars and etc. in away that is less threatening to a baby. "Learning Cards" according to M. Gehman. My daughter who is 1 likes these. I like them because they are helping her learn object names and what the words look like. She likes them for the nice illustrations. They are a good size for her to hold after we have gone over each one and she likes to collect certain animals in piles. There are a few blank cards in the pile so I taped pictures of family members onto them and labeled the cards with the person's name so she could see their picture, see their name and hear me say it at the same time to help her learn who everyone is. We already had the video and was delighted with it, and I thought these would be a great extension to further explore other languages.
