Clinician's Invaluable Resource! Healing the Fractured Child, by Fran S. Waters, is one of the most comprehensive books on assessment, treatment, and supporting parents/teachers, throughout the therapeutic process that I have read. It is difficult to put the book down. Healing the Fractured Child has expanded my clinical skills, immensely, and continues to fuel my passion for working with children and adolescents, . Classmates who bought this book already have been raving about it and are finding it absorbing reading. I am buying it now based on interacting with her and experiencing her as a compassionate and consummate expert.
