I thoroughly enjoyed this book, while it also caused me to contemplate and rue the tenacity of the forces (professionalism and higher education vs. a dete. The first real super nurse Complex story,reads like a novel.very well researched. All psychiatric nurses are lucky that she was there to blaze the trail.she designed the model for the clinical nurse specialist, the expert at the bedside.
