DESCRIPTION:
Reading all of Escape to New Zealand series Shari Hope I really like the Escape to New Zealand books! These are well written, well edited, and the author makes you care about the characters. This one had a predictable edge to it but somehow you cared about these characters and wanted them to succeed and have a happy ending.. boardwalker said Funny and hot, but sweet too. OK, I hope the author writes a fourth book soon, because this was my favorite in the series, though I enjoyed all of them. I liked that this was a book about two adults, both with some baggage and issues, trying to work through those to build a loving relationship. Loved his character--so tough on the field, but with the soft side at home. Enjoyed the kids and the humor. Maybe not quite as hot as "Just Good Friends," but the author does write a steamy sex scene! Finally, I really appreciated having a strong heroine who was NOT "kick-butt, tough, spunky, etc. etc.," but a gentle person who wanted a lov. R. Ms. James' writing is smooth and sharp--and so finely crafted." --Beth Art From the Heart"With likable characters, good dialogue and the beauty of her native country, Ms. "Anyone looking for a a great story and a sweet and REAL romance, you need to read the Escape to New Zealand series. James grabbed my attention from the first page and never let go."--Queen of the Night
Finn Douglas and his kids aren't really her family, however much she wishes they were. He can't resist Jenna's cooking, it's true. Who knew he'd have so much trouble resisting her? He wants to do what's right for his kids. The beautiful Auckland villa isn't really her home, though. There's no place like home .For teacher Jenna McKnight, nothing spells "heartbreak" like finding her husband with somebody else--in her bed. A new body, a new city, and a new job later, she's done just that. Rugby star Finn Douglas is just looking for a temporary nanny and housekeeper. Not a girlfriend, and definitely not a wife. But waiting is so hard .Note: This romance, like New Zealand, contains a bit of steam. It's clearly time to reinvent herself. And playing house can be a dangerous game. If that isn't your cuppa, mayb
