It was not too long or too short and held my attention throughout. There were several "twists & turns" in the plot that kept you intrigued and thirsting for more. I recently read a military style novel by a very famous & popular author and found "Lethal Medicine" to be superior to this book. The author's knowledge of the medical/pharmaceut. Amazon Customer said Good writing, engaging. An intriguing story must be well written, flows well and engages the reader from one paragraph to the next. Chapter one opens with just enough information about the main characters without bombarding me with every details of their personality and surrounding. Each are developed throughout, slowly, carefully, thoughtfully Good writing, engaging .
