I have owned a number of these editions of this book. I usually wear them out! They are like the go to "bible" for natural healing. "For anyone looking to be medicine free!" according to The Truth. Let me just start by saying that this book has cured my asthma completely and basically saved my life!!! If it weren't for this book, I would still be using those dangerous and eventually addicting, asthmatic drugs such as the inhaler. It is amazing & alarming that doctors today treat many common chest colds with this dangerous product and give it to little children. Sure it opens your lungs rapidly, but the long term effects are devastating. The inhaler is not just one of the main reasons for obesity in some children as well as adults today, it causes male infertility & I will go as far as to say that may also be one of the main
