What a Beautiful Book L. Peters That's not a very manly title but this is a very nice peice of work. The Keller's have a wonderful collection and this book showcases it perfectly. Photography is outstanding. I might have picked some different models to feature but that's just a matter of personal taste. It's not just a picture book. It does have breif but concise text to document the various models. This has raised the bar and is the best of the John Deere books on the m. The colors are vivid and really capture the designs of these machines wonderfully. My grandfather has been reading/collecting tractor books for years and this one still gave him new things to look at, talk about, and wonder about in terms of this iconic brand.The covers are nice and thick and th. Beautiful Photography I purchased this book, along with this sign as a 'thanks for being you' gift for my stepdad: John Deere 3rd Century of Farm Tractors Implements Retro Vintage Tin Sign. The photography in the book is just beautiful, the color so vivid and rich. Based on what my stepdad said, the book is not comprehensive, but includes select or notable models so don't expect an encyclopedia. Overall, he was pleased with the surprise gift.
