If you only bought one book on Yoga. alternative MD This is the best book on Yoga. However, it can get wordy so I suggest flipping through the book until you find something that strikes your fancy and starting there, then comming back to the beginning. Definitely not a "beginers" book on Yoga, but that said, it will become an important part of your Yoga library with time.
