I have now read this book twice (I'm anal, I want to make sure I understand everything, but know that you can totally read it once, it's not hard to get through) and I can not tell you how excited I am. As a former fat kid I am so so excited to finally find something that doesn't involve counting/logging/obsessively keeping track etc etc. Also I can have wine. WINE, people! I will write another review with how the plan works for me, but I double checked all the research and it's all totally legit and the book makes it super easy to follow. A great read, Melanie breaks it down clearly and simply so I didn't at all
