Vegan Goodness This book has really simnple recipes, excellent for beginning vegans. The ingredients can be found virtually anywhere, even New Zealand. I am a [bad] cook, and i even managed to impress my friends! However, there are no pictures so you need to use your imagination with presentation. It also has very useful information about how to minimise vitamin loss through minimun chopping and cooking time.GO VEGAN!. "Vegan Cooking for Beginners" according to L. Smith. This book was very disappointing because it used a lot of terms whichwere not defined. Also it used inappropriate measurements based onthe metric system or used ounces & pounds instead of cups,& tablespoons.I'm looking for another book based on the American vegan experience!
