It is actually the author's journey through her life, with the study and support of yoga. There are two reasons to read this book even if you haven't yet made your way to yoga, and I hope readers will get beyond the title to see them, as well as find the motivation to begin or continue a yoga practice. The first is the incredible honesty in a well-done book.
