Succinct, perfectly paced and tremendous insight into an industry where people are constantly trying to over-complicate the process. It's apparent that the author knows his stuff, and then some. Project management is something many entrepreneurs take for granted, and that’s why many start ups remain start ups. The ability to manage the execution of something to its completion is what sets the great people apart. Projects are normally made of teams and this book teaches the effective management and leadership of those teams to reach the end goal of having done something.
