This is a great book! This is the best "diet" method I This is a great book! This is the best "diet" method I ever used. You will finally discover why you can't lose weight or why you retain it so easily. AND, you'll find out how to lose it. Dr. Berg is well educated in endocrinology and nutrition. He has a great website and will help you over the phone too. It's not that difficult to lose weight with this method. But, with all weight loss, you have to give up eating certain things to keep it off. I kept it off for two years and then gradually I started saying, "well, just one of these" and it came back again (sugar, wheat & dairy are deadly). T. An Instruction manual to health! Excellent book. It is an instruction manual that explains how hormones affect the body shape, making you gain weight and what health issues they create. It also presents the solutions to those issues, How to repair the body (the glands and hormone system) to achieve health and lose the weight using nutrition and exercising according your specific hormone condition. It is getting healthy and losing weight from the hormone perspective and this is much more effective than just dieting and exercise..
