"Wonderful fairy tale story for kids" according to Andrea B. This is a such a fun story that reads like a classic fairy tale. I attended a story hour at a library where it was read for a group of kids and they were all in awe as the events of the story unfolded. They kept saying "woah!" "wow!" "How'd he do that?!" It was fun to see them so engaged with the book. The illustrations are beautifully done too. My son loves looking at the pictures of all the different animals. As a Romanian American, I'm happy to have a translated version of a Romanian folk story so that I can share it with my own kids.
