DESCRIPTION:
Kelly Abney said Don't waste your time on "Time Watch".. A single, one-dimensional, unlikeable character who makes his way through a nearly incoherent plot. The author attempts to create a futuristic "slang" language that is periodically used to further confuse the reader. Throw in a little cyber-sex with a computer avatar and you start to understand where this review is headed. If the author had even started to develop our time traveling hero's character and then ad. Like a sailor (and not in a good way) Rico I'm not even remotely a prude but I couldn't even get past the first chapter of this book. DA Madigan has got to realize that using an over abundance of foul language does not a good book make. If that doesn't bother you than you might enjoy this book, but is was too distracting for me. Not cool at ALL. Jim here. When I say they popped in, I mean, they just kind of appeared. And since they were wearing watches just like mine, I figure that means they're actually time travelers. Guess I'll need to stop putting that off. Probably come to get MY time watch back from me. Look, I was just sitting out by the apartment complex pool, chatting with Liz, the big titted blonde chick from England, when suddenly these two guys dressed like refugees from MIAMI VICE popped in out of nowhere and started shooting at me. Out of nowhere. I'd been kinda figuring I'd need to go check it out at some point to see what was up, but, you know, I'd been having too much fun traveling back to 1963 to buy comic books off the spinner racks to get around to it. Not cool, dude. No WAY. When the Mysterious Stranger handed me my watch, he told me the date he'd come from November, in 2063. No way, dudes
