This book hits home for me. As a young professional who works extremely hard, it's hard not to let slow progress discourage you. There is so much FOG with social media. It is one thing to let other's success motivate you, but when their highlight reels start to fog your mind in a negative way, it's time to unplug and find other sources of motivation. This book is motivating and the authors do a go. : "We realize that every day is a gift from God and every moment should be celebrated through smiles, laughter and freedom." It is one thing to let other's success motivate you, but when their highlight reels start to fog your mind in a negative way, it's time to unplug and find other sources of motivation. This book is motivating and the authors do a go. Touching and meaningful, yet concise The authors do a fine job of communicating a valuable, inspirational message without the self-promotion and parochialism that is so common in the self-help/motivational genre. It's a quick read but the reader gets the feeling they easily could have made the book wordier and more detailed. Instead, they chose to make their points across in short, meaningful bursts, which was effective, in my opinion. Their personal connection to (and faith in) a nondenominational deity is clear, but not overblown to the point that less religously-inclined readers
