Outstanding text on M&As, very comprehensive. it touches upon all aspsects of the deals from strategy/synergies, types of mergers to valuation, antitrust legislation and HR issues. I really like the focus on European deals in addition to the US one. The section on defence strategies is by itself worth the price of the book.The information is up to date and it is a book where also the notes at the end of the chapters add value.
